Manufacturing Process We manufacture the tanks on our own production line using controlled filament-winding technology:
Mandrel preparation】Precision steel mandrel is prepared and release-treated.
Filament winding】Continuous fiberglass rovings are wound under controlled tension and winding angle. Layer count and fiber quantity are adjusted according to tank diameter and required pressure rating to achieve the designed wall thickness and strength.
Resin impregnation & curing】High-quality unsaturated polyester resin is applied during winding. Controlled curing ensures full cross-linking and long-term mechanical performance.
Surface finishing】UV-resistant exterior finish is applied for prolonged outdoor exposure.
Internal protection】Corrosion-resistant inner liner is formed to protect against pool water chemistry.
Quality checks at each stage】Every tank undergoes visual inspection, dimensional verification, and hydrostatic pressure testing before assembly of the multiport valve and lateral system.
Superior structural integrity】Continuous fiber winding creates more uniform wall thickness and fiber orientation than ordinary spray-up or molded FRP. This results in higher pressure resistance and better long-term dimensional stability.
